Grab your lunch and sit down for this virtual presentation as UA registered dietitian Sheena Gregg explains the concepts and benefits of mindful eating and walks you through a mindful eating experience with your lunch.

#Adulting – Mindfulness and Meditation Basic Practices

This mindfulness and mediation breakout session will provide basic meditation and breathing techniques designed to kick start your mindfulness journey. This session will be hosted by Jared Taylor-White of the Career Center.

Join Whitney Pape, UREC Fitness Services Manager as she leads a mindful yoga class to help you connect your breath, body, and mind. Participants must provide their own yoga mats. While in-person spots are limited, an on-line viewing option will also be available!
