Wellness Week is a week full of events and programs that help students learn more about health and wellness resources available on the UA campus and in the surrounding community. Signature events include the Student Health Fair and Glow Yoga. The week also features pop-up fitness programs, stress management programs, and more. Body Appreciation Week

February

Body Appreciation Week is done each year the same week as Eating Disorders Awareness Week. HPW takes this week to provide students with resources and strategies to appreciate their bodies and everything their body is able to do. Annual programs include the “Fashion Rocks and So Does My Body” Fashion Show and cooking demos. If your organization would like to partner, please contact Sheena Gregg at sqgregg@ua.edu.
