We will examine Impostor Syndrome: what it is, how it can limit your possibilities and the strategies you can use to overcome it. Learn what you can do about feelings of inadequacy, including talking openly about it with peers, rooting positive thoughts, building confidence, assessing the reality of your situation and countering negative self-talk.
